Job Description
$22.00-$29.00 hr
Job Summary: Support terminal management in ensuring safety and efficiency of operations through planning and coordination. Maintain records for compliance with safety and federal regulations. Provide administrative assistance and customer service duties.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Effective communication skills
- Strong multitasking, planning, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist Terminal Manager in administrative tasks and customer service obligations
- Maintain operational reports and data for terminal operations
- Handle administrative duties including inventory control, budgeting, and recordkeeping
- Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Resolve scheduling and delivery issues
- Process daily mail and service invoices
- Prepare purchase orders and work orders
- Familiarize with SAP systems
- Ensure proficiency in truck loading and compile statistical reports
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required
- Minimum three years of experience in secretary or administrative assistant roles
- Flexibility to work overtime and extra days as needed
