The Mill operator is responsible for operating mill equipment in accordance with provided documentation and written procedures. This includes setup, operation, and cleanup of machinery. Perform all post quality checks to provide the highest quality product with the least amount of waste, while maintaining or exceeding standard line run rates.
Responsibilities:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms overhead and grip; climb stairs, work from heights up to 40 feet; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move products and supplies, up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities:
- Complete set up of mills including Set up of sifter/ sifter screen, mini rolls, cut in stands, scales, rice/flour transfer system
- Conduct quality inspection and documentation
- Adhere to GMP and food safety policies
- Performing sanitation and cleaning of equipment
- Lifting up to 55lbs througout shift
- Work with heights climbing a ladder
- Working within confined spaces
- Use of a forklift and Aerial lift
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience as a Mill Operator (food or production or food related experience)
- 6 months’ experience driving a forklift / Aerial lift
- Knowledgeable use of a tablet
- Basic math skills
- Comfortable working in confined spaces
- Comfortable working with heights and climbing a ladder
- Must be able to wear required PPE
- Other warehouse duties as assigned
