Machine Operator

Location: Santa Rosa Ca 
Schedule: Full-Time | Various Shifts Available
Pay: $18.00

Star Staffing is currently seeking experienced Machine Operators for manufacturing and production facilities throughout Sonoma County. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Perform product assembly and packaging tasks as needed.
• Conduct basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety issues to supervisors.
• Assist with production line setup, changeovers, and cleanup.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or various shifts as needed.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
