Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Coordinator is responsible for reporting on data analytics, utilizing company s social media platforms to engage, promote, and expand brand presence, preparing sales promotions and job fair materials, as well as other marketing projects. This role is instrumental in social media, brand, and digital presence. The Social Media Coordinator has an understanding of brand messaging, voice and aesthetic, and exemplifies those guidelines when communicating with and creating content for our audience

Top Initiatives:

  • Create, queue, upload, manage and Monitor content daily across all platforms. (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Twitter, LinkedIn)

  • Engage with social media platform audiences likes, Comments, IG Stories Replies, DMs, Tagged Photos, Shares, etc., managing our 100% response rate in a timely manner

  • Stay up to date on current social media trends/topics

  • Maintain & track all data analytics and report out weekly/monthly

  • Support team with sales initiatives

  • Execute ad hoc projects as assigned



  • 1-3 years managing brand/business social media platforms

  • BA, BS, or equivalent education in marketing, graphic design, business, etc. preferred

  • Self-starter with strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills

  • Works well under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Possesses strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, loves working on a team and communicating daily with partners

  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics & Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with incredible attention to detail

  • Foundational social media expertise both from a performance and data perspective.

  • Heavy knowledge of key social media platform rules and regulations, including, but not limited to those associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Vimeo

  • Strong writing skills.

  • Entrepreneurial; a self-starter.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with basic photography, video editing (iOS and Desktop), DSLR cameras and/or photo editing software (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Copy writing skills

  • Graphic design skills; versed in Photoshop and or InDesign
