Job Description
Location: Paso Robles, CA
Compensation: $28-$29 per hour DOE
Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (Hybrid: remote with 2–3 in-office days per week as required)
We are in search of an Event Coordinator to support our client in Paso Robles Experiential Marketing department during a high-volume event season. As an Event Coordinator, you will perform hands-on operational, logistical, and administrative support to ensure events are organized, supplied, and executed smoothly.
What will you do:
Do you enjoy staying organized, working behind the scenes, and supporting exciting live events? As an Event Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to support event logistics, inventory management, shipping, and event preparation while working closely with a fast-paced experiential marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Support local event operations including picking up, delivering, and transporting event materials
- Manage inventory projects by organizing, cataloging, logging, and tracking experiential assets
- Prepare supplies and materials for upcoming events, including assembling kits, signage, gifts, and onsite materials
- Photograph or document items as needed for accuracy
- Support staging and prep days for larger activations
- Assist with shipping, fulfillment, and onsite logistics as needed
- Located in or near Paso Robles with reliable transportation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to build decks, trackers, and checklists
