We are in search of a Production Supervisor that will manage the production team and ensure smooth operation of production tasks. As a Line Supervisor, you will be responsible to meet shift production goals and motivate your team to do their best.

Top Responsibilities:

• Execute scheduling plans for assigned line.
• Lead improvement activities to improve safety, quality, and operational performance.
• Apply Continuous Improvement principles to efficiently and effectively overcome obstacles.
• Ability to troubleshoot production machinery.
• Lead, coach and motivate your team.  

Skills and requirements:

• Must have 5+ Years’ Experience as a Manufacturing Production Supervisor
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent Communication Skills
