Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (flexible for overtime).
Compensation: $90K-$95K DOE

As a Maintenance Manager, you will ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of critical mechanical, electrical, and control systems in a glass fabrication environment.

As a Maintenance Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work with advanced fabrication equipment, implement preventative solutions, and keep production running at peak efficiency.
Top Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on tempering furnaces, CNC machines, polishing equipment, and automated handling systems
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Lead root cause analysis and support continuous improvement projects including 5S, lean, and TPM initiatives
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation in compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to troubleshoot performance issues and reduce downtime
- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors and vendors during installations or repairs
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of critical components
- Support the commissioning, set up, and optimization of new equipment
- Minimum 5 years of industrial/commercial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, HMIs, electrical control panels, and variable frequency drives
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, and drive trains
- Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, electrical instrumentation, and use of volt/ohm/amp meters
- Experience with CAD software and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred
- Familiarity with LOTO procedures, OSHA safety standards, and personal protective equipment
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and respond to emergency calls or weekend work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and operating systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
