As a Production Manager, you will oversee daily production activities, manage teams, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met in a fast-paced glass fabrication environment.

- Collaborate with leads to resolve bottlenecks and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Monitor production metrics, equipment performance, and staff development.
- 3–5 years of production management experience in a manufacturing environment (glass industry a plus)
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and production tracking software (Albat & Wirsam preferred)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
