Long-term Temporary Position
We’re hiring Production-Assembly Workers for a leading pharmaceutical company right here in Santa Rosa! If you’re dependable, team-oriented, and looking for stable work, we want to hear from you.
Shifts Available:
We have 3 shifts to fit your schedule:
- Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM | $16.50/hr
- Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $16.50/hr
- Graveyard Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $17.50/hr
- Working well in a team-oriented environment
- Staying on pace with line speeds and quality standards
- Following safety rules and using equipment properly
- Wearing proper PPE and keeping your area clean
- Letting your lead or supervisor know if something isn’t right
- Assembling parts, operating machines, and performing quality control
- Being flexible – other duties may come up!
- Previous assembly or production experience (not required, but a plus!)
