Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Day shift, with flexibility to stay as late as 5:30 PM as needed
Industry: Manufacturing/Distribution

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Operator to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and values teamwork, organization, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and store incoming materials and products

• Pick and pack orders accurately

• Prepare shipments and maintain clear documentation

• Assist with regular inventory counts and data entry

• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Comfortable lifting/moving heavy items in a physical role

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures

• Forklift certification a plus

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic computer and inventory software skills a bonus

• Must be dependable and flexible with schedule
