Overnight Processing Associate
Location: Rohnert Park, CA
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m. (Graveyard Shift)
Pay: $20hr with potential to increase upon conversionÂ
We are searching for an Overnight Processing Associate. As an Overnight Processing Associate you will be helping ensure all products are ready for packaging each morning. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a willingness to learn.

We are searching for an Overnight Processing Associate. As an Overnight Processing Associate you will be helping ensure all products are ready for packaging each morning. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving & Processing: Unload raw materials, verify deliveries, and operate processing equipment (pasteurizers, separators, fillers).
- Sanitation & Safety: Clean and sanitize all work areas and equipment following GMP and SSOP standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor processes, perform basic tests, and ensure products meet quality and safety requirements.
- Inventory & Documentation: Track inventory, record shift activities, and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other shifts to maintain smooth operations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct basic equipment checks and report issues promptly.
- Ability to work overnight hours (Tuesday–Saturday).
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift.
- Background in food manufacturing, food science, or related fields.
- Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
