We are in search of a dependable Machine Operator-Day shift with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, ready to support a fast-paced manufacturing team.
This position pays : $18hr
Location: Petaluma, CA
Schedule:
Sun-Wed: 6:30am-6:30pm
Sun-Tue: 6:30am-6:30pm

A women-powered workforce solutions and staffing company serving Northern California with offices in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Napa, Fairfield, Sacramento, Lodi, Hayward, Stockton, and Manteca. We offer local expertise and service and provide a wide range of positions and industries.

What you will be doing:
- Operating packaging and assembly machines to produce plastic finished goods
- Feeding components into machines, inspecting final products, and packaging according to specifications
- Recording production data such as lot numbers, case counts, and machine output
- Experience in machine operation or assembly line work (preferred but not required)
- Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and follow safety procedures
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a team environment
