The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for performing production and assembly activities in a quality-focused manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working as part of a team, and able to follow both written and verbal instructions.

Basic English communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, and production tasks according to established procedures.
• Follow oral and written work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Accurately count, measure, and record materials and production components.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team while meeting production requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Identify and communicate production or quality issues to appropriate personnel.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable medical manufacturing requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a production environment.
• Experience in assembly and/or medical manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to understand, speak, and read English and follow oral and written instructions.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in counting and basic math.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
