Manufacturing Associate - Graveyard
Job Description
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for performing production and assembly activities in a quality-focused manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working as part of a team, and able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Basic English communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing, assembly, and production tasks according to established procedures.
- Follow oral and written work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Accurately count, measure, and record materials and production components.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team while meeting production requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Identify and communicate production or quality issues to appropriate personnel.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable medical manufacturing requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a production environment.
- Experience in assembly and/or medical manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to understand, speak, and read English and follow oral and written instructions.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in counting and basic math.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
