Maintenance Technician (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Geyserville, CA
Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour (DOE)

Star Staffing is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing client in Geyserville, CA.

This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and packaging equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing, bottling, or packaging environment and possess strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with production line changeovers and equipment setup.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
• Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed (preferred).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, bottling, packaging, or maintenance environments.
• Experience working with automated machinery and production equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a team environment.
