As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform preventative maintenance as well as respond to trouble calls if the equipment fails. You will develop and document maintenance plans for industrial equipment.
Top responsibilities for Maintenance Mechanic:
- Perform preventative maintenance based on the schedule and also respond to unscheduled maintenance needs.
- Perform machine change overs, conversions, and precision machine set-ups.
- Document all work performed in their maintenance tracking system.
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a food processing environment.
- Working with a Computerized Service Maintenance Management Software (CSMM)
- Working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical mechanisms.
- Performing machine changeover/conversion and precision machine set-up
