Job Description
Our wine and spirits client is searching for a Maintenance Mechanic to join the production & maintenance department.
This role will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing maintenance on equipment, motors, assembly, conveyor systems, etc. This role is vital to the success of the department and team.
This position is temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate!
Shifts Available: Monday-Friday and occasionally weekends.
Rotating Shifts: Every 2 months (Day: 5:00am-2:00pm or Swing: 1:30pm-11:00pm)
Pay rate: $21-$28 DOE

You're good at:
- Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment for multiple lines
- Performing predictive and preventive maintenance on high speed filling lines (rinsers, fillers, cappers, packers, bottle printers, case printers, case erectors, etc.)
- Perform final system check out on depals, fulfillment boxes, PLCS, conveyor belts, sensors, and hydraulics.
- Interpreting operation and manufactures manuals, blueprints, SOPs, and engineering specifications.
- Change in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts by using a ruler, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintaining equipment, parts and supply inventory, placing orders and verifying receipt.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
- Experience with bottling or wine industry preferred.
- Previous 2-3 years working in a production setting with mechanical duties.
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment with a lot of movement around.
- Operate customer hand and power tools used for repairs.
- Great Math and Communication skills
- Must have a basic tool pouch
