We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, managing maintenance teams, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
This is a key on-site leadership position supporting 24/7 operations.

As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee plant maintenance strategy, optimize preventative and predictive programs, and partner cross-functionally to maximize production uptime and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance operations across production equipment, utilities, and facilities
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve OEE and reduce downtime
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment issues
- Oversee CMMS implementation and maintenance KPI reporting
- Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance budgets
- Partner with Operations and Quality to support safety, GMP, and regulatory compliance
- Coach and develop maintenance and engineering teams
- Up to 10% travel may be required, weekend or on-call support as needed
Candidates must meet these core requirements:
- 5–8 years of maintenance management experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing
- Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting
- Experience with PLC platforms such as Rockwell/Allen Bradley or Siemens
- Proficiency with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs
- Working knowledge of GMP, OSHA, FDA, and USDA requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
- Spanish communication skills a plus
