Machine Operator
Roseville, CA
Full-Time – Temp to Hire
Pay: $19 – $22hr BOE (based on experience)
Schedule: 4 10-hours day’s Mon - Thurs
Machine Operator / Production is responsible for computer machine operation used to
fabricate steel wear parts, adjusting travel speed with control unit. Maintaining and operating
warehouse equipment. Ensuring removal of rough edges and paint n products providing
smooth painted surface on finished product. Also responsible for cleaning and quality-checking
their machinery to ensure everything works as it should and all manufacturing goals are met.

their machinery to ensure everything works as it should and all manufacturing goals are met.
Essential Function/Responsibilities
- Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
- Controlling and adjusting machine settings.
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
- Test operation of machines periodically.
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
- Run straightening press to straighten parts within specifications.
- Use MIG welding machine to weld on run off tabs and grind parts in preparation for TC
- operation.
- Operate drill press to drill parts as per drawings.
- Use computer-controlled machine to cut parts and cut holes in parts per drawings.
- Grind parts and paint them if required.
- Operate forklift to move parts when necessary. (Must have a Valid Driver License and Clear driving record)
- Clean and maintain work area.
- Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
- Applying paint and final grinding to finish product.
