Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join our client's team in the pharmaceutical packaging industry. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.

General Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery on the production line as directed by the supervisor.
• Perform assembly work and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Use various machinery with a medium level of skill
• Identify and troubleshoot operational interruptions, report issues to the supervisor.
• Conduct quality inspections of products to meet established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Complete assigned tasks in alignment with manufacturing schedules and within standard times.
• Report any discrepancies in materials/components to the supervisor or line inspector.
• Perform basic adjustments to machinery as required.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of machine operating experience in the pharmaceutical packaging industry.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong reliability, initiative, commitment to quality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
• Adequate documentation and communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts and processes.
