Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Receiving

• Receive and verify incoming bottling supplies; assign lot numbers and inspect for damage.

• Stage and document components using FIFO (First-In, First-Out).

• Create and send accurate Bills of Lading (BOL) for outgoing shipments.

• Coordinate with clients on shipping logistics and schedule returns of excess dry goods.

• Guide and train forklift operators on SOPs and safety protocols.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate dry goods and finished product inventories.

• Reconcile bottling runs and collaborate on monthly inventory balancing.

• Lead and participate in monthly physical counts; generate inventory reports and performance scorecards.

• Ensure warehouses remain clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Administrative & Compliance:

• Support warehouse and bottling administrative functions.

• Audit daily forklift checklists; ensure adherence to all safety regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3–5+ years in high-volume shipping/receiving; bottling experience preferred.

• Strong computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems).

• Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

• Forklift operation experience.

• Ability to lead and train in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• High attention to detail and commitment to safety and accuracy.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, frequently bend, squat, and reach.

• Must stand or walk for extended periods and work near high-speed machinery.

• Safety gear (glasses, earplugs) required; occasional outdoor work may be needed.
