Job Description
Star Staffing is seeking a part-time Lab Assistant for a well known beverage company in the Central Valley. This is a temporary position.Â
Mon-Fri 8am-1:30pm
$22hr

Responsibilities:
- Retrieve tank, vinegar, storage tank, evaporator, and juice samples
- ATP swabbing of equipment and testing
- Receive, file, and email COA’s to QC manager and customers
- Tank measurements and calculations
- Calibration of lab equipment and evaporator pH meter and lab refractometer
- Clean and maintain lab equipment and supplies
- Review sign and fil monthly pesticide reports
- Review grape tags for field names and pesticide reports
- Check chemical levels for evaporator cooling towers and boiler
- Keep food safety standards and complete documentation
- Continue to monitor and implement food safety standards
- Assist with preparation of allergen control audit, CMP audit, food defense audit, and glass & plastic audit
