Line Cook (Hot Line Experience Required) – Yountville, CA
Pay: $28/hr
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Line Cook to join a culinary team in Yountville. This role combines morning prep responsibilities with active hot line service, and requires someone comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep for service
- Work hot line stations (grill, sauté, etc.) during service
- Execute tickets efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Assist with plating and presentation to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous line cook experience required (hot line preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
- Strong knife skills and prep experience
- Valid Food Handler’s Card
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
