Job Description
Star is hiring Warehouse Associates capable of lifting 40-pound boxes of products for disassembling and restacking pallets for a well established local food manufacturer.
Day Shift: 7am-3:00pm (overtime and rotating weekends) Weekly pay @$18.00hr
Job Summary: Responsible for manually stacking and arranging products onto pallets according to specified guidelines. Will operate a sit-down forklift to move pallets to locations when needed.

Job Summary: Responsible for manually stacking and arranging products onto pallets according to specified guidelines. Will operate a sit-down forklift to move pallets to locations when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hand stack products onto pallets accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure products are stacked securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Operate sit down forklift to move pallets into desired location
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Previous experience in manual stacking or warehouse work preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in stacking products.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis.
- Standing and walking for extended periods during the shift.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for stacking products safely and efficiently.
- Able to work in a refrigerated environment 35 degrees
- English skills must be proficient to understand, read, write and speak English
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Must be able to work 8-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
