Job Description
Star is hiring Warehouse Associates capable of lifting 40-pound boxes of products for disassembling and restacking pallets and operate a sit down forklift as needed for a well established local food manufacturer.
Shift: Swing Shift 3pm-11pm Weekly pay @ $18.25hr
Job Summary: Responsible for manually stacking and arranging products onto pallets according to specified guidelines. Operate sit down forklift to move pallets into desired location. Will rotate between palletizing and driving forklift

Job Summary: Responsible for manually stacking and arranging products onto pallets according to specified guidelines. Operate sit down forklift to move pallets into desired location. Will rotate between palletizing and driving forklift
Key Responsibilities:
- Hand stack products onto pallets accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure products are stacked securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Operate sit down forklift to move pallets to desired locations
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Previous experience in manual stacking or warehouse work preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in stacking products.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis.
- Standing and walking for extended periods during the shift.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for stacking products safely and efficiently.
- Able to work in a refrigerated environment 35 degrees
- English skills must be proficient to understand, read, write and speak English
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Must be able to work 8-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
