Overview
Owns full-cycle recruiting and client delivery while leading branch recruiting operations. Balances order fulfillment, account management, and client growth while ensuring compliance, strong employee experience, and operational excellence.

Primary Focus

• Order Fulfillment (50%): Job intake, recruiting strategy, candidate submission, placement, and redeployment
• Account Management (30%): Client relationships, employee performance, service delivery, and compliance
• Account Growth (20%): Revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and workforce solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts as a trusted advisor and primary escalation point
• Drive revenue and gross profit through fulfillment, retention, and redeployment
• Lead client communication: regular check-ins, performance reviews, and workforce insights
• Partner with Area leadership on branch staffing and recruiting strategy
• Directly manage the Staffing Coordinator and oversee front desk and onboarding operations
• Ensure recruiting pipelines are strong and gaps are proactively addressed
• Oversee candidate screening, placement approval, and safety compliance
• Maintain accurate placement data and monitor performance metrics
• Support HR decisions including hiring, discipline, leaves, and terminations in compliance with labor laws
• Conduct client site visits and safety walkthroughs as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management
• B2B and client-facing experience required
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
• Able to travel locally with a clean DMV record
