HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

Lodi, CA

We are in search of  an HR Director for a large Retail organization.  As a HR Director you will lead a team of six HRBP’s who oversee 1800 employees.

Ideal schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

What you will do: 

You will have a chance to implement and design cutting edge training and development programs for your HR team who will in turn roll it out to the company. You will have a chance to work on new HCM software and help plan succession.

HR Director Top responsibilities:

• Training and Development

• Succession Planning

• HCM Software implementation

HR Director Skills and requirements:

• Previous experience developing and implementing policies, programs, etc. based on federal, state and local laws.

• Training and Development

• 5 to 10 years at an HR Director level or equivalent experience

Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 plus bonuses
