Human Resource Coordinator

The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. This role Administers employee health welfare plans and liaises between employee’s insurance providers. This position resolves benefits-related problems and ensures the effective use of plans and positive employee relations. The Human Resource Coordinator will also run daily functions of the office including administering pay, benefits, leave, HRIS entries, enforcing company policies, and practices.

Top responsibilities:

  • Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions.
  • Performs customers service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Complete Forms I-9 in Paycom, verifies I-9 documentation processes E-Verify
  • Submits online investigation requests and assists with new – employee background checks.
  • Plans and support company-wide information meetings.
  • Conducts or assists with record audits, employee audits, performance reviews, and mandatory reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge of benefits contract language
  • Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs.
  • Effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously whiles working to meet deadlines.

  • 2 years minimum in Human Resources.
  • Bilingual Fluent in Spanish, verbal, reading, and writing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, teams and Paycom HRIS.
  • Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and working in a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and managing employee files.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
