The Front Desk Administrator is the first point of contact for walk-in clients. The position is under the direction of the Branch Manager and provides support to all other office staff and clients.


  • Answer high volume telephone calls and directs the caller to the appropriate person.

  • Greets and directs visitors to the company.

  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.Miscellaneous administrative duties; i.e., filing, creating documents, labels, copying, faxing, etc.

  • Provide administrative support to manager and recruiters as needed.

  • Keep office machines filled i.e., fax paper, copy paper staples, etc.

  • Open office at 8:00 am and close at 5:00 pm.


  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Possession of strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

  • Able to work collectively with the staff.

  • Bilingual- Spanish/English preferred
