Forklift Operator/ Day Shift

Star Staffing has partnered with a respected local company for a long term, temporary- to- hire Forklift opportunity that is consistent and offers opportunity for growth!

In this position you will primarily be responsible for forklift operation in a warehouse environment as well as assisting in related aspects such as loading, unloading, stocking, staging, retrieving pallets, bulk containers, moving material, and maintaining general housekeeping while following all safety guidelines.

**Minimum of 3 years of recent full time forklift driver experience required**

Schedule
This role will start in the early day shift before moving to the swing shift likely in 2-3 months

Initial schedule will be:
Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM $19 per hour

Long-term schedule will be:
Monday-Friday 2PM-10:30PM $19.50 an hour

You re good at:

• Retrieving items using a variety of fork-lifts
• Working in a fast-pace environment
• Advanced attention to safety and details

Additional Requirements:

• 3+ year of Electric Forklift experience in sit-down doubles and clamps
• Must have a valid Driver's License and able to pass background, MVR and drug screening
