Job Title: Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Technician
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Schedule: 40 hours/week, including weekends and flexible shifts as needed OT

Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Technician to support general maintenance needs across buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role is responsible for preventive, corrective, and renovation-related maintenance tasks and will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure facilities operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency repairs on machinery and mechanical equipment

• Maintain physical structures of buildings and facility grounds

• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems

• Operate standard hand and power tools

• Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate maintenance records

• Monitor and manage maintenance supplies and inventory

• Safeguard equipment and report any issues or discrepancies

• Document completed work and report status updates as needed

• Assist with additional maintenance projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment preferred

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Basic computer skills and comfort with digital reporting tools

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record required

• Flexibility to work weekends and varying hours as needed
