Job Title: Executive Assistant to Founder/CEO
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Compensation: $135,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST
Location: Must be based in Miami and available to work on-site in Miami Beach as needed.

Role Overview:
This is a high-impact opportunity to support a visionary founder as their right hand. You’ll manage schedules, communications, and projects, serve as a strategic and operational partner, and help the CEO focus on scaling the company. The role includes a mix of administrative, project management, and personal assistant duties—perfect for someone with entrepreneurial energy and executive-level polish.
Key Responsibilities:

Expertly manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics

Act as an on-site companion when needed, capturing social content or assisting in person

Handle confidential communications, draft correspondence, and prepare meeting materials

Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items

Create and organize internal documentation and reports

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
-
Track key projects and tasks, ensuring timely follow-through and prioritization

Lead or support cross-functional projects involving legal, marketing, finance, and HR
-
Manage household staff or additional assistants as needed

Conduct health/wellness-related research or trends exploration when requested
Qualifications & Skills:
-
6–8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives (experience supporting business founders highly preferred)

Must be based in Miami with the ability to work regularly on-site in Miami Beach

Extremely organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented

Some experience with social media or digital content creation

Self-starter mindset with a proactive, "figure-it-out" attitude

Tech-savvy: proficient in Google Workspace; project management tools like Monday.com a plus

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Fully bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus

Highly professional and able to handle confidential matters with discretion

Strong prioritization skills and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
