We are in search of a Data Admin Coordinator with strong data entry and attention to detail to support the inventory department . As Data Admin Coordinator, you will perform essential functions in a food manufacturing facility.Â
Ideal schedule is 8am-5pm. Must be available to work weekends and flexible start time.

Data Admin Coordinator Top responsibilities:
- Validates shipping weights on incoming and outgoing STO’s; conducts root cause procedures when shipping weights do not match.
- Tracks Distribution Center product loss and gains; makes adjustments to SAP for figures that are within tolerance.
- Engages in research to identify causes for out of tolerance discrepancies.
- High School Diploma or GEDÂ
- 2 year of inventory or finance/accounting administrative support experience.
- Skilled in using office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.).
- Ideal schedule is 8am-5pm. Must be available to work weekends & flexible start time.
Compensation: $22.60
