Administrative Clerk
Salida, CA
We are in search of an administrative clerk with strong data entry and attention to detail to support the inventory department . As administrative clerk, you will perform essential functions in a food manufacturing facility.Â
Ideal schedule is 8am-5pm. Must be available to work weekends.

Do you enjoy working with numbers and reconciliation? Do you have a strong attention to details? As an administrative clerk you’ll have the opportunity to be instrumental in the inventory department.
Administrative Clerk Top responsibilities:
- Reviews receiving register to ensure that all Grower Deliveries are reconcile and the Huller receipts align with the documentation.
- Tracks Distribution Center product loss and gains; makes adjustments to SAP for figures that are within tolerance.
- Engages in research to identify causes for out of tolerance discrepancies.
- High School Diploma or GEDÂ
- 1 year of inventory or finance/accounting administrative support experience.
- Skilled in using office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.).
- Ideal schedule is 8am-5pm. Must be available to work weekends.
Compensation: $20.15
