Compensation: $30-32 per hour DOE
Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday – Friday
We are in search of a high-level Client Relations Specialist to support the administration department for one of our clients within the food production industry. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will perform essential functions in Client Relations.
What will you do:
You will offer administrative support by answering calls, emails, and meeting people in person to help build and maintain positive interactions with consumers. Once you have helped the consumer you will then update the CRM on a case-by-case basis.

Customer Service Associate Top responsibilities:
- Addressing consumer inquiries, complaints, product questions, and requests find/locate as examples via phone and email.
- Help address unique consumer questions and assist with international inquiries.
- Responsible for accurate data entry into the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail for Consumer Advocacy
- Downloading existing report of retrieval letters that need to be printed and mailed out with a package and return label through office services.
- Help maintain an updated knowledge of the organization’s products and customer advocacy polices.
- Identifying and signaling emerging product issues that have the potential to negatively impact the business.
- Other projects related to consumer advocacy, as assigned by Manager.
Customer Service Associate Skills and requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in client relations specialist and/or client success specialist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with a diverse audience.
- Highly organized, thorough, with an attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems systematically and demonstrate critical thinking.
- Must be able to make decisions on own and possess a good understanding of internal operations.
- Must be willing to take responsibility for activities and projects outside of primary job description.
