We are in search of a hard-working Call Center Representative for an established financing company in Roseville. Type: Temp-Hire
FT/PT: FT
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Rotating weekends)
Time: 11:30am -8:30pm and 12:00pm- 9:00pm
Pay: $17.75

What you’ll do:
The Call Center Representative will report directly to the department manager and assist with all activities relating to Customer Service, Data Entry, and In-Bound calls.
Top responsibilities:
- Portraying strong attention to detail and well organized.
- Providing excellent customer service and excellent phone communication
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Working in a fast-paced team environment.
Requirements & Preference:
- Bilingual in Spanish is (a plus)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center Environment (Preferred)
