Customer Service and Claims Representative
Napa, CA
Hourly Rate: $21/hr.
Our client is seeking a Customer Service and Claims representative to support a local wine storage facility. Your responsibilities will be processing daily orders, preparing club shipments, processing claims, scheduling club shipments, communicating issues with contacts, inventory, generating shipping labels, and performing other related tasks.
You’re able to work Monday-Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm. This is a temporary assignment.
You’re good at:

2+ years in customer service

Basic Office Skills; Excel, Adobe, Internet
- Time management and organizational skills
- Handling Claims
