We are in search of an experienced Customer Service Representative who thrives in a collaborative work culture and offers a friendly and professional demeanor!

What you'll do:

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve on the customer frontline while answering phone calls and emails.

Top responsibilities:
  • Following- up with clients, on customer issues or orders.
  • Planning and managing club releases. 
  • Documenting all contacts, actions, and responses in customer database.
  • Investigating inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, and e-mail in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Preparing reports and correspondence as needed.
  • Order management via OMS.

You're experienced in:
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP Order Management Systems-Microsoft D360 a plus
  • Experience with CRM Zoho a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills

Relevant Position Information:
  • $21/hour 
  • Temp-to-hire
