We are in search of an experienced Customer Service Representative who thrives in a collaborative work culture and offers a friendly and professional demeanor!
What you'll do:
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve on the customer frontline while answering phone calls and emails.
Top responsibilities:
- Following- up with clients, on customer issues or orders.
- Planning and managing club releases.
- Documenting all contacts, actions, and responses in customer database.
- Investigating inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, and e-mail in a timely and courteous manner.
- Preparing reports and correspondence as needed.
- Order management via OMS.
You're experienced in:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with ERP Order Management Systems-Microsoft D360 a plus
- Experience with CRM Zoho a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
Relevant Position Information:
- $21/hour
- Temp-to-hire
