Job Title: Concierge & Retail Associate
Location: Rutherford, CA
Schedule: 9:00AM-6:00PM

Job Summary:
Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, assisting with inquiries, and creating a positive shopping experience. Support retail operations by maintaining merchandise displays, processing sales transactions, and ensuring the store remains organized and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about products, services, promotions, and store policies.
• Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and replenish inventory as needed.
• Keep the retail area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Coordinate appointments, reservations, or guest requests when applicable.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock receiving and merchandising.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through excellent customer engagement.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–30 pounds.
