Compliance Assistant

We are in search of a Compliance Assistant to support a Wine Compliance organization in Santa Rosa! If you have wine-industry business acumen and experience, this is just the role for you! 

Expected work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00/hour

What will you do: 

This position will aid in the preparation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reporting for out of state clients as well as project-based work.  This includes recordkeeping, sorting, archiving, scanning, filing, and other office-related tasks. It also entails data entry such as gallonage, bottle counts, zip codes, etc. The primary responsibility is to support the Compliance Specialists in the department.

Compliance Assistant Top responsibilities:

• Maintain out-of-state client licenses and registrations including renewals, changes, and additions

• Completion and follow through on various application forms

• Use of Microsoft Office and Adobe to create and modify pertinent documents

• General clerical duties including FedEx shipment management, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing

Compliance Assistant Requirements: 

• 3+ years’ experience in wine industry compliance or related experience

• Software experience with SAP, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, & SAP

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, research, and analytical skills to gather appropriate facts
