Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the Client Success Manager (CSM) serves as the primary contact for designated accounts including house accounts and new accounts. The CSM is responsible for delivering WOW service through troubleshooting, problem solving, order fulfillment, and overall success of each client.

Top Initiatives:

  • Serve as main contact ensuring top notch service and strong partnerships.

  • Ensure account goals for sales and profitability are met and exceeded.

  • Achieve quality results based on client retention.

  • Troubleshoot and exhibit excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills.

  • Manage clients with strong attention to risk management, compliance, quality of candidates, and legalities.

  • Work with internal team members to develop effective recruitment plans to fully satisfy clients needs.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Monitor client accounts and initiate corrective action, plans, and maintenance, as appropriate.

  • Compiles and creates Quarterly Business Review and other data tracking specific metrics needed by the client.

  • Treat clients in a consistent, courteous and efficient manner.

  • Conduct arrival calls, quality checks, and follow-up calls (onsite visits)

Other Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and complete safety meetings at client sites under direction of Safety Manager and Vice President.

  • Send a weekly recap of the status of all clients based on the guidelines management requires.

  • Attend required branch meetings and discuss trends, upcoming labor request, etc.

  • Complete all projects, tasks, and assignments before deadlines.

  • Follow and champion all company policies, procedures for all staffing and client activity.
