Temp-to-Hire Full-Time
$22.00/hr + $0.60 Shift Differential
We are currently hiring an experienced Forklift Operator to join a well-known winery distribution center in Napa, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady full-time hours and the potential for pay increases after a 60-day evaluation.

We are currently hiring an experienced Forklift Operator to join a well-known winery distribution center in Napa, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady full-time hours and the potential for pay increases after a 60-day evaluation.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 40 hours/week
- Operate various types of forklifts including Clamp, Single/Double Forks, and Carton Clamp; move, locate, relocate, stack, and count products
- Safely move and stack pallets of wine up to 5 high
- Utilize RF Scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
- Pull and prepare products
- Unload/Load shipments safely and move products to locations
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Follow strict safety protocols; Perform pre and post inspections on forklifts
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors
- Proven experience operating forklifts, especially Clamp Operators
- Comfortable handling full cases of wine and stacking at height
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to following safety procedures
- Experience with RF Scanners and basic warehouse systems
- Reliable, punctual, and looking for long-term opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Work with a renowned winery brand
