Our client a leading financial service is seeking a positive customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist. As the Customer Support Specialist, you’re responsible for providing timely and accurate information from incoming customer calls, analyze and identify documents while providing excellent customer service. The Customer Support Specialist will be instrumental in the success of the Department.
You’re good at:
- Portraying strong attention to detail and well organized.
- Providing excellent customer service and excellent phone communication.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Working in a fast pace team environment.
- Loan Processing experience is a plus!
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
- Must be able to work various Saturdays.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center Environment.
