Location: Napa/Fairfield Territory (Hybrid)
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (DOE)
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team!
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a top performing B2B sales leader who is passionate about making connections with people and driving new client relationships to drive exponential revenue. The BDM is a proven result-oriented sales leader and resourceful problem- solver motivated by growth and impacting business results. This role requires a high degree of “selling”, whether of ideas and policies within the organization, and services in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through individual sales efforts, pipeline management, and performance metrics
- Prospect, promote, and sell services to new clients using cold calling and virtual outreach
- Identify, develop, and nurture emerging markets, strategic prospects, and assigned accounts
- Maintain a consistent and accurate sales pipeline and forecast against revenue goals
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations that clearly communicate Star’s value and solutions
- Partner with company executives to align team capabilities and drive profitable client outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to support brand growth and customer retention
- Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding business needs and delivering impact
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary escalation point for assigned accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account penetration
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, client metrics, and revenue progress
- 2+ Years proven Sales Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
- strong negotiation/communication
- Self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) a plus
