Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am to 430 pm
Compensation: up to $150k/yr DOE
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Sales Manager who has experience coaching and mentoring the sales team to exceed sales goals. You must be open to working in a collaborative and innovative environment that is customer focused. You will help expand our clients market presence and drive revenue growth.
Overview:
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for lead generation and executing sales strategies to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development. You will coach, mentor and motivate your team to become top performers.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement of a 1 and 3 year sales plan.
- Develop annual, quarterly and monthly sales plan
- Develop and implement sales strategies to reach sales goals and increase revenue
- Build and maintain established client relationships and new client relationships to ensure ongoing business
- Prepare and deliver business proposals
- Attend industry specific Trade Shows (travel a minimum of 8 times a year)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery of client solutions
- Develop campaigns to identify new business opportunities
- Research, analyze industry trends and developments- become the subject matter expert
- Develop and grow key client accounts through genuine relationship building
- Develop and drive CRM database strategies and sales tools
- Must be knowledgeable in consultative sales
- Proven experience in Sales and business development
- Proven track record of producing results
- Selling products to establish clients
- Experienced in prospecting and closing new business
- Genuine relationship building and non-transactional interactions
- Ability to hold your team accountable
- Dedicated to exceeding expectations of clients
- Proven track record of driving sales growth of a minimum $3M annually
