We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member to join our growing team. The Brand Ambassador is someone who will embody our core values and drive talent and local employers to Star Staffing. The Brand Ambassador will be instrumental in attracting talent and building Star s presence in the San Joaquin area.


Sales Responsibilities:

  • Deliver executive resources, promo items, and other specified materials to certain employers.

  • Conduct cold call visits to collect contact information from employers.

  • Follow-up with employers to schedule appointments for sales or executive team.

  • Attend job fairs to collect contact information from employers.

  • Skill sell top candidates to local employers.

  • Conduct research of prospective employers hiring and utilizing staffing firms.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Create calendar of events to attend as well as team to attend.

  • Work with marketing team to create flyers needed for sales campaign and field activity.

  • Participate in trade shows to gather business cards and promote services.

  • Attend local events such as Chamber of Commerce events, affiliate and professional events, etc.

  • Network and build trust and brand in the community.

Qualifications:

  • Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills,

  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

  • Prior staffing industry experience is a plus.

  • Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
