Pay- $30+/DOESchedule- Part-time 5 days/week 5 hours/day, flexible
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the financial and administrative operations of our client. This role works closely with the administrative team to complete a variety of accounting and financial management tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, maintains strict confidentiality, communicates professionally with clients, and can complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
The Bookkeeper will work closely with other members of the administrative team to accomplish all financial-related business tasks, including:

Perform monthly bank reconciliations

Perform monthly credit card reconciliations

Conduct client collection phone calls
-
Review weekly timesheets and expense reports
-
Invoice clients according to contract requirements

Process accounts payable/accounts receivable

Update per diem tracking sheets
-
Assist with payroll-related tasks
-
Assist Project Managers with project budget inquiries

Maintain filing and document management, including shredding when necessary

Complete additional tasks appropriate to demonstrated skill set
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong ability to maintain confidentiality

Highly proficient in general PC functions

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic accounting knowledge and experience

Experience working with accounting software

Ability and willingness to learn Deltek Ajera project management and accounting software

Ability to communicate with clients over the phone politely and professionally

Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
