Machine Operator- Bagging

Are you looking for long term Production work?! Our client that specializes in industrial food seasonings is  seeking the very best quality and attention-to-detail Machine Operator  to support the production department. As a Machine Operator you will be Bagging bulk packaging orders for 25-50 lbs paper bags, monitoring weight, and properly seal and label.  There are 3 people running this line and the task are rotated between, running the machine, sealing the bags and stacking the bags in the pallet which is the heavies part. This is a temp – hire opportunity!

Schedule: Monday-Friday  (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)- day shift 

Compensation: $16.00 per hour. 


You're good at:

• Monitor and inspect finished product for quality and specifications.
• Must be able to lift and handle 20-50lbs throughout shift, walking or standing on concrete flooring.
• Basic math, good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to perform in a fast -paced and team-oriented environment.
• Observes applicable safety, health, and environmental guidelines. Wears all required personal protective equipment.

• Ability to work in an environment with constantly running machines, can be a warm atmosphere.
• Able to tolerate noisy machines (ear plugs are provided)
• Positive attitude, reliable and willing to learn!
• One to three years of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
