Job Duties
- Assemble cable harnesses and wire assemblies.
- Perform soldering, crimping, wire stripping, and other assembly tasks.
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Use hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, and soldering irons.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Previous assembly experience preferred.
- Soldering experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic drawings.
- Experience using basic hand tools.
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
