Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective business clients
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the Outside Sales Team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and contact data
- Collaborate with sales leadership to meet weekly appointment goals
- Generate leads through marketing campaigns, community outreach, and follow-ups
- Participate in regular team training and skill development
What You Bring
- Strong verbal communication and friendly phone presence
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based rewards
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage your time independently
- Eager to learn and develop professionally (entry-level welcome!)
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus
