Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator
Location: Vacaville, CA
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support a 6-8 week special project within the Procurement Department. This role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage and analyze data with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will provide critical support by ensuring data integrity, maintaining organized records, and contributing to overall operational efficiency.
Pay: $26-$30hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday- Friday (8:30am-5pm) – flexibility to start earlier or later.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform purchase order (PO) entry with precision
- Conduct data mining and analysis
- Collect, verify, organize, and retain project-related documentation
- Maintain and structure data for easy access and reporting
- Perform auditing tasks to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Experience using NetSuite
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and duties throughout the day
